Joshua Martin received his doctorate in literature and creative writing from Georgia State University in 2020. He is the author of “Earth of Inedible Things” (Jacar Press, 2021), which won the Jacar Press Book Award judged by Afaa Michael Weaver. He has published poems or has poems forthcoming in Atlanta Review, December, The Florida Review Online, Baltimore Review, Rattle, Carolina Quarterly, Salamander, Potomac Review, Nashville Review, and elsewhere. He recently won a Tennessee Williams Scholarship to the 2021 Sewanee Writers’ Conference.
