Proprietor Ann Davis' eye for style and design is pretty much unmatched. Typhoon offers contemporary, traditional, vintage and antique lighting along with complete lines from Chapman, Visual Comfort and others. The selection of lampshades is outstanding, and the knowledgeable staff is a great help in choosing the right one. Specialty light bulbs, lamp and fixture restoration and lighting design are also offered. But the quirky shop, a former gas station, also sells antique furniture, pottery, art, gifts and decorative items for the home.
